Jim Aubrey joined Kinetiflo in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. Jim is an accomplished leader within the pump industry, having spent over 14 years at several small to mid-sized pump companies. He combines his strategic business acumen with a strong foundation of technical expertise within the pump manufacturing industry.
Jim's career in the pump industry began as a field engineer, where he gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of pump end-use applications. Since then, Jim has held various roles within the pump industry including Manager of Engineering, Vice President of Sales, and Division Vice President at several small to mid-sized companies.

In his current role as CEO of Kinetiflo, Jim provides the business with his strategic thought leadership and vision for the organization. He is dedicated to driving growth through customer service excellence, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration. Under his guidance, Kinetiflo continues to thrive as a leader in the pump industry, focusing on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to its customers in a variety of end markets. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Florida, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, a Professional Engineering License and is an active member of the Hydraulic Institute.

Brian Daschner began his career as a district pump salesman in 1978 and has accumulated over 45 years of experience in the pump industry, working with several prominent pump manufacturers. In 1998, he founded Hydroflo Pumps, which specialized in manufacturing vertical and submersible turbine pumps using stainless steel impellers and ductile iron discharge heads. This unique combination of materials offered unprecedented pump longevity as a standard option in the industry. Under Daschner's leadership, Hydroflo opened its own investment cast stainless steel foundry in Vietnam and formed a partnership to establish a polymer bearing factory in the USA. After selling Hydroflo to a strategic partner in 2012, Daschner founded Integrity Pump and Motor in 2017. The company quickly developed a new line of pumps and embraced 3D scanning technology for product development and quality control. From 2017 to 2024, he led the business through a significant growth phase marked by high customer satisfaction, ultimately resulting in the 2024 merger with Continental Pump Company to create Kinetiflo Group. Today, Brian serves as the CEO of Integrity Pump and Motor and acts as a special advisor to the Kinetiflo Board of Directors. He is highly respected throughout the pump industry for his extensive experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic vision.

Since graduating from Linn Technical College in 1985 with a degree in Automotive Technology, George Heath has dedicated his career to advancing Continental Pump Company, a family business founded by his father in 1946. Starting with a solid foundation, George has worked to evolve and modernize the company, making it a thriving enterprise in the pump industry. This journey has been much more than a professional pursuit for George—it's become a personal passion that has allowed him to contribute to Continental's legacy and ensure that the company remains a respected leader in the field. Today, George serves as the CEO of the Continental Pump Company and acts as a special advisor to the Kinetiflo Board of Directors. He is highly respected throughout the pump industry for his business acumen, forward looking strategic vision and never give up determination.

Dave Stauffer is the CFO of the Kinetiflo Group, joining the team in March 2025. Before being named CFO, Dave was a management consultant advising the platform companies of several mid-market private equity companies. As a consultant he assisted in the integration of strategic acquisitions, implementations of enterprise resource planning and workforce management software applications, and the streamlining and automation of finance and IT processes. Additionally, Dave held interim CFO and CTO roles at several private equity led startups. Prior to his role as a consultant, Dave was the Corporate Controller for the ONECare Company where he led finance and IT teams supporting nationwide manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations. Dave held this position through the private equity ownership’s exit and realization of their investment. Dave also spent 12 years with Ingenico Group as the Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller where he oversaw a multinational accounting team responsible for the North American region of a global electronics manufacturer. While there he drove the conversion from US GAAP to IFRS and the implementation of SAP. Dave earned his MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, and a Bachelot of Science degree in Accounting from the University of West Alabama.

Steve Brown joined Kinetiflo in 2024 as Vice President of Sales, bringing with him over 15 years of sales and operational leadership experience. Steve’s pump industry experience began at a mid-size company as Director of Sales, where he utilized his hands-on approach in the field to build revenue, while honing his technical knowledge assisting on the shop floor to build pump components. Steve has since become a proven leader in the pump space, previously serving as Regional Director of Sales and Operations for one of the largest water technology providers in the world. In his current role as Vice President of Sales of Kinetiflo, Steve provides the organization with his tactical understanding of market segments and a results-driven approach. He is committed to upholding a relentless growth mindset through understanding customer needs, ongoing training-both internal and external- and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Steve completed his Business Administration / Management degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and holds multiple sales leadership certifications.

Joe Aeschliman leads Integrity Pump and Motor as its President, bringing a solid commitment to innovation, efficiency, and growth. Starting out as Vice President of Engineering, Joe used his broad technical background to make practical improvements that keep the company moving forward. Before Integrity, he served as Engineering Manager at Hydroflo Pumps for five years, leading engineering projects in the water well industry, and as Director of Engineering for an automated systems manufacturer, where he focused on refining automated processes to boost productivity and quality. Joe’s engineering experience is as diverse as it gets. He’s worked as a Design Engineer and Test Engineer with Parker Hannifin in hydraulic filtration, as an HVAC designer, as a metal fabricator, and even as a farm hand. This hands-on, varied background shapes Joe’s down-to-earth approach to leadership and problem-solving. As President, Joe is committed to keeping Integrity Pump and Motor’s standards high while building a workplace where collaboration, curiosity, and imagination thrive. He believes that a culture driven by curiosity and creativity is essential for sparking new ideas and continuous improvement, helping his team see and achieve what’s possible.

With over 36 years of extensive experience in the industrial sector, Ryan Smith is regarded as a leading expert in the pump application and manufacturing field. His career spans roles at all levels. From end user to distributor to manufacturing, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence at every level. Ryan began his journey as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for two paper mills in Ohio, where he honed his technical skills and leadership abilities. He then transitioned to a prominent industrial and municipal pump distributor in Ohio and Indiana. During his decade there, he worked his way from Application Engineer to Branch Manager overseeing application engineering, sales, repair, and field service operations. Ryan was then recruited to a major pump manufacturer, where he spent 15 years. Starting as National Sales Manager and Manufacturing Facility Manager. His experience and commitment to excellence earned him the position of Vice President, where he played a pivotal role in sales, management and technology innovation, including the development of a product configurator and the corresponding systems integration. Ryan has been a member of the Integrity Pump and Motor team since it's founding, initially as Vice President and now as Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Ryan focuses on product configurator development, systems integration, company growth and is a key member of the executive leadership team at Kinetiflo.

Dana graduated from East Central College with an Associate's degree in Business Management, which provided a solid foundation for a career marked by diverse expertise and entrepreneurial success. With experience in retail management, extensive customer service skills, and a background in property development, Dana has built a strong professional presence across multiple industries. Since 2001, Dana has been a pivotal part of Continental Pump, a family-owned business originally founded by her husband’s father in 1946. Partnering with her husband, she has played a key role in evolving the company, applying her skills in business strategy, customer relations, and operations to help grow Continental Pump’s reputation. Known for her commitment to excellence and a client-centered approach, through every venture, her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has remained at the forefront of her work.
