Since graduating from Linn Technical College in 1985 with a degree in Automotive Technology, George Heath has dedicated his career to advancing Continental Pump Company, a family business founded by his father in 1946. Starting with a solid foundation, George has worked to evolve and modernize the company, making it a thriving enterprise in the pump industry. This journey has been much more than a professional pursuit for George—it's become a personal passion that has allowed him to contribute to Continental's legacy and ensure that the company remains a respected leader in the field. Today, George serves as the CEO of the Continental Pump Company and acts as a special advisor to the Kinetiflo Board of Directors. He is highly respected throughout the pump industry for his business acumen, forward looking strategic vision and never give up determination.

Dana graduated from East Central College with an Associate's degree in Business Management, which provided a solid foundation for a career marked by diverse expertise and entrepreneurial success. With experience in retail management, extensive customer service skills, and a background in property development, Dana has built a strong professional presence across multiple industries. Since 2001, Dana has been a pivotal part of Continental Pump, a family-owned business originally founded by her husband’s father in 1946. Partnering with her husband, she has played a key role in evolving the company, applying her skills in business strategy, customer relations, and operations to help grow Continental Pump’s reputation. Known for her commitment to excellence and a client-centered approach, through every venture, her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has remained at the forefront of her work.

For eleven years, Kyle has been an integral part of Continental Pump, showcasing a career marked by versatility and growth. He began his tenure in the warehouse, mastering pump building, shipping, painting, and assembly. Over time, Kyle transitioned into sales and technical support, later embracing the role of application specialist while maintaining his previous duties. Recently, he has taken on the role of inside sales manager, exemplifying a commitment to customer care and operational proficiency. Kyle's holistic understanding of the company's operations and his adaptability make him invaluable to the team's mission of exceeding customer expectations.

Sydney has been with Continental Pump for nearly four years, beginning her career in accounts receivable. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2024, she transitioned into the role of Staff Accountant for Kinetiflo Group. In this role, she manages many aspects of the accounting operations and oversight of accounts payable & receivable.

Trisha, a twelve-year veteran at Continental Pump and sister to Dana Heath, initially joined the company in an accounts receivable and secretarial capacity. Over the years, her role has expanded to encompass office management with a strong emphasis on purchasing. Her tenure at Continental Pump is marked by adaptability and a detail-oriented approach, contributing significantly to the company's efficiency. Trisha is known for her dedication to fostering strong distributor relationships and is part of a close-knit team committed to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Hunter has been with Continental Pump for one year, bringing five years of experience in the pump industry. He holds both CSWA and CSWP certifications in SolidWorks, demonstrating his expertise in 3D modeling and design. Hunter’s technical skills and industry knowledge allow him to contribute to innovative solutions and ensure the highest quality in product development. He is committed to leveraging his experience to support the company’s continued growth and success.

Eric has an extensive background in the pump industry, with over 25 years of experience spanning roles in distribution and manufacturing. His expertise includes working with centrifugal, submersible, rotary lobe, and progressive cavity pumps across industrial, municipal, and specialized markets such as biogas, sulfuric acid, and wastewater treatment. Eric also brings impressive sales and leadership experience to our team, having recently served as Regional Sales Director for a leading progressive cavity pump brand in the renewable energy sector. His hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge make him a valuable asset, instrumental in supporting our channel partners and expanding our reach into new market segments.
